Project Description

This research aims to study the history of Dinjii Zhuh political knowledge systems and governance and will tend to the objectives of theorizing and transforming Indigenous governance systems, examining critical, local, and global approaches to Indigenous relationality, as well as honouring elders and training youth by analyzing land use patterns, governance, and treaty-making prior to contact and after contact, showing their path to self-government.
